Dear Class of 2021, Parents and/or Guardians: For your planning, please submit both senior photos and baby dedications as soon as possible.

Senior Photos Criteria - We want to feature you!: Head and shoulder shot, measuring approximately 1 3/4 inches from top of hair to bottom of the chin. You may not use animals or vehicles. This is a 4 x 6 portrait picture. We want to feature you! All pictures should be in FULL COLOR (black and white or sepia tones will not be accepted) High quality picture file - JPEG file is the preferred format delivered on CD, USB Drive, or high-resolution e-mail. Send to cfhsyearbook@cfmtschools.net Please share these guidelines with your photographer and check for processing time as some can take as long as 5-6 weeks. Some photographers are also willing to submit them to us but it is your responsibility to make arrangements or submit your own picture. Many personal cameras can meet the criteria we need. Dear Senior Parents,

It’s time for your child’s closeup! Senior photos are due to the Flathead yearbook by Thanksgiving Break, Tuesday, Nov. 24th, 2020. - flatheadyearbook@sd5.k12.mt.us.com

That’s right, I’ve extended the deadline for you, by more than a month and a half. Not only that, but I want to provide services to cheapen the costs of senior photos and make it easier for you to submit photos to us. There should be no reason for a senior to not get their senior picture in the yearbook.

But for things first, to look your best in the yearbook, please follow the specifications from the publisher.

Photo Specifications

The size of the picture needs to be 2 inches wide by 3 inches high with a high resolution of at least 300 pixels per inch. Photos must be vertical, not horizontal. The head size must be at least 1 inch from the chin to the top of the head. Herff Jones, the yearbook company, will not accept photos that do not meet their specifications. Please keep in mind that the background of the senior panels is usually black, therefore a black shirt or background may blend into the page. Pets, other people, or large recreational items should not be included, particularly because the head size is usually smaller when these items are included and we are striving for a more uniform look on our pages. Take picture at 300 pixels, 2x3 inches (vertical, not horizontal)

How do you get the picture to us?

The easiest way to get the picture to us is by e-mail at flatheadyearbook@sd5.k12.mt.us.com. In the subject line of the e-mail, please put your child’s name, followed by senior pic.
